• 眼睫毛嫁接最後的成果在每個人身上的呈現皆不同，所以無法加以保證以及預料最後的呈現外觀為何。

• 眼睫毛嫁接操作嘅過程可能帶來的潛在不適感，如流淚，些許紅眼或過敏現象。

• 眼睫毛嫁接後可能會因時間關係而逐漸脫落

• 本身有任何眼疾或過敏問題，不建議進行眼睫毛嫁接

• 眼睫毛嫁接後五到六小時內勿碰到水，72小時內勿進蒸氣室，游泳，泡温泉等容易產生高溫嘅場所。

• 眼睫毛嫁接後請勿用的揉眼，請勿使用油性卸妝產品

• 眼睫毛嫁接後，請勿使用睫毛夾

Eyelash Extension consent form

Please read the following terms and eyelash precautions carefully

• The final result of eyelash extensions will look different on everyone, so the final appearance cannot be guaranteed or predicted.

• The eyelash extension process may cause potential discomfort, such as tearing, some red eyes or allergies.

• Eyelashes may gradually fall off over time after extension

• If you have any eye diseases or allergies, eyelash extension is not recommended

• Do not touch water within five to six hours after eyelash extension, and do not enter steam rooms, swimming, hot springs and other places prone to high temperatures within 72 hours.

• Do not rub your eyes after eyelash extension, and do not use oily makeup removers.

• Do not use eyelash curlers after eyelash extension
